Detectives are investigating two separate shooting incidents at Aitkenvale and Cranbrook this morning.
At 4am a number of projectiles were discharged near a licensed premises on Ross River Road.
No person was injured as a result of this incident.
At 4.20am a single projectile was discharged towards a residence on Undara Avenue in Cranbrook.
The occupants were home at the time, but were not injured.
Police are appealing for anyone in the local area who noticed any suspicious activity, or who may have CCTV or dashcam vision to contact them.
Investigations are continuing.
