Police were called to an address on Richmond Road, Morningside following reports of shots fired into a unit block shortly before 7am this morning (October 19).
Early investigations indicate two projectiles were fired into a balcony.
No-one was injured.
A crime scene has been declared and investigations are ongoing. There is no further information available at this time.
