Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme amendments: have your say

We are seeking feedback on an exposure draft of amendments to the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001.

The proposed amendments aim to protect consumers and improve integrity in the rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) sector. They would give effect to the Australian Government’s response to the Integrity Review of the Rooftop PV Sector.

The proposed reforms and technical adjustments will support the Clean Energy Regulator (CER) in administering the Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme.

Read the exposure draft and have your say on our Consultation hub.

Consultation closes 5 November 2021.
