As a result of their investigation Kalgoorlie Detectives have charged two men with Aggravated Home Burglary and Aggravated Armed Robbery following an incident in Somerville on Tuesday 22 March 2022.
It will be alleged two men entered the victim’s house, threatened him with a firearm, bound his arms and legs and ransacked his home.
A 45-year-old Somerville man was charged with:
• Two counts of Aggravated home burglary and commit;
• Stealing;
• Deprivation of Liberty; and
• Aggravated Armed Robbery.
He is due to reappear in the Kalgoorlie Magistrates Court 7 April 2022.
A 36-year-old Somerville man was charged with:
• Two counts of Aggravated home burglary and commit;
• Stealing;
• Deprivation of Liberty; and
• Aggravated Armed Robbery.
He is due to appear in the Kalgoorlie Magistrates Court today, 5 April 2022.
