There have been 3,829 new cases of COVID-19 reported in South Australia today. There are currently 33,703 active cases in South Australia.
There are 227 people with COVID-19 in hospital, including 26 people in ICU and five requiring a ventilator.
Of those hospitalised, 125 people are fully vaccinated, 31 are either unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, and 71 have an unknown vaccination status.
Due to a reconfiguration of the data, the total number of cases have been readjusted.

Yesterday, 14,873 people received a PCR test in South Australia, a 14% decrease on the previous 24 hours.
Vaccination update
Currently 93.4% of eligible South Australians aged 12+ have received their first dose of the vaccine, 89.7% have received their second dose and there were 7,118 booster shots given yesterday bringing the total booster shots to 345,751.
