South Australia Covid update as at 2 October 2021

There are two new cases of COVID-19 today. There has been a total of 905 cases notified in South Australia.

One case is a female in her 30s, who recently returned to SA from Victoria. Several exposure locations are listed below.

The other case is a male in his 20s. This case is considered to be historical and acquired overseas.

TIER 1 Exposure:

All passengers on the below flight AND their household contacts must immediately quarantine for 14 days since the flight, get tested immediately and get tested again on day 5 and 13.

Jetstar Flight JQ778 – Melbourne to Adelaide

Friday 1 October – Arrived at 5.25 pm

Tier 2 Exposure Site:

If you were at the below location at the specified date and time, you must immediately quarantine for 14 days since you were at the location, get tested immediately and get tested again on day 5 and day 13.

Adelaide Airport – Female toilet (ground floor, under escalator)

Friday 1 October – 5.55 pm to 6.15 pm

TIER 4 Exposure Site:

If you were at the below location at the specified date and time, monitor for symptoms and get tested as soon as any symptoms develop.
