A new opportunity is available for a community group or not-for-profit organisation to take over the management and operation of the South Morang Farmers & Makers Market.
After an amazing community response following the market launch in May 2019, Council is looking to partner with an ideal candidate to keep the market thriving and growing into the future.
The market operates on the third Saturday of each month with potential for it to be more frequent, once an ideal candidate is chosen.
Council is passionate about continuing to support the market as it contributes to our community’s vision Whittlesea 2040: A place for all and supports goals of connecting communities and developing a strong local economy.
The new operator will adhere to the existing market guidelines and have a strong vision for the market to become a thriving destination for local residents.
