A State Funeral for the late Mr Ian Tuxworth, former Chief Minister of the Northern Territory will be held on Wednesday 5 February 2020, with members of the public welcome to attend.
The service will take place at the St Mary’s Star of the Sea Cathedral on the corner of McLachlan and Smith Streets, Darwin, at 10.30am, with a private cremation to follow.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to Parkinsons or Dementia research or support would be appreciated.
Refreshments will be provided in the Main Hall, Parliament House from 11.45am.
