The Commerce Commission has published a statement of preliminary issues relating to an application by Omnicom Group Inc (Omnicom) seeking clearance to acquire, via a wholly-owned subsidiary, 100% of the shares in The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc (Interpublic).
The statement outlines the key competition issues that the Commission proposes to consider in deciding whether or not to grant clearance to the proposed acquisition.
