Vitaco Australia and New Zealand both currently deploy the StayinFrontTouchCG Advanced CRM solution for optimal retail execution with its easy-to-use dashboards and award-winningfield-force solutions.
This most recent partnership with the Vitaco New Zealand Grocery Team also includes TouchCG Advanced for their field team, in addition to EdgeCGfor their back office. The field team will be using modules to view and send documents, easily access store information and history, create reports on store and product data, plan their calls and visits, as well as capture live photos. Their back office will make use of EdgeCG’sability to provide the field team with access to customer related documents, load and streamline responsibilities for the field plus manage and view photos from the field, with capabilities to report on data from StayinFront and external systems.
