Thanks for your patience whilst we replace all the old red lids for new lime green lids. It has been a big job changing nearly 45,000 lids and we have changed most of them but we know there are more to do.
You can register your details online so that we can arrange for your red bin lid to be changed if we missed you.
We have already received a large number of requests and we thank you for your patience. It may take up to 6 – 8 weeks to change your bin lid.
Please register your details online if you have not done so yet. You will receive a text message or phone call from our waste team advising you on the day before to put your bin out on the nature strip so that the bin lid can be changed over.
