Stockwell Community Association draft constitution

The Stockwell Recreation Park and Stockwell Hall is entering a new era of management.

The committee is now ready to transition to a formal incorporated association, to be called Stockwell Community Association. At this point the Association will enter a management agreement with Council to shift the responsibility for day-to-day management to the new Association.

Council will retain ownership of the grounds and high level oversight, and will also provide a representative to participate in the Association.

This will enable an increased partnership approach to strategic decision-making in relation to the Stockwell Recreation Park and Stockwell Hall.

To become incorporated, a draft Stockwell Community Association Constitution has been developed. Comments and feedback are invited until 11 December 2020 and can be emailed to [email protected]
