Stolen property appeal at Rockhampton

Police are investigating multiple instances of alleged stolen property being pawned at local second-hand dealers in the Rockhampton area.

Thanks to information received from members of the public, police have seized around one-hundred items of alleged stolen property from local second-hand dealers.

Many of these items of seized property have since been returned to their owners, however, police are appealing for more owners of the property to come forward.

The items seized by police include many power and hand tools, these being predominately Makita and Milwaukee brands and a mix of both corded and cordless.

Police will be conducting public viewings of the remaining seized items between the hours of 3pm and 5pm on the coming weekend, November 12 and 13.
