Council has received hundreds of requests for service from the community since the storm events on Thursday 28 October and Saturday 6 November.
Please be assured if you have made a report to Council it will be responded to, however due to the large volume of requests this may take some time.
We ask for your patience as we work our way through these requests and ask that you only contact Council again if your situation has changed.
