The West Coast Council are pleased to announce that up to three business/community service leases have become available at the Union Steamship Building in Strahan. These leases will operate from the first floor of the building, located on the corner of Harold Street and the Esplanade.
The Union Steamship Building has played a starring role in Strahan’s development as a port town- and with its central location, that tradition has continued ever since. Council looks forward to filling these leases, due to the vital role the building plays in Strahan’s shared history, the successful leases will need to be open to the public at least part-time.
