It will commence with the Melbourne Rebels looking for their first wins of the tournaments when they host the NSW Waratahs at Box Hill.

This will be followed by the high-flying Western Force taking on the Queensland Reds at Ballymore, with the Reds set to open their accounts.
As for the ACT Brumbies, they will enjoy the bye after splitting their opening round fixtures against the Waratahs.
