EY is hosting a series of Support at Home online workshops to help Home Care Package providers prepare to transition on 1 November.
These free workshops are part of the Department’s Aged Care Business and Workforce Advisory program.
Each workshop will run for 1.5 to 2 hours, and offer practical tips, tools and guidance on a specific topic:
- Managing Costs and Setting Prices (25 September and 7 October)
- Approaches to Business Cost-Out (9 October)
- Governance and obligations (17 October)
- Workforce Management (24 October)
- Digital Uplift (7 November)
- Developing Growth Strategies (27 November)
The workshops are targeted towards small to medium size providers. However, all are welcome to attend.
