Surf shop targeted by thieves

Police are investigating a break-in at a Moonta surf shop overnight and have released CCTV of the three intruders.

Just after 3.15am on Thursday 19 December, three people broke into a Moonta store and stole numerous items from the shelves.

The intruders, described as two men and a woman, all wore masks and stolen up to 200 items of surf clothing and miscellaneous other products.

The stolen clothing includes “The Mad Hueys” branded clothing. The Moonta surf shop is one of only three South Australian stores that stock this label so anyone offered this brand of clothing for sale should contact police.

Anyone with information about the thieves, the break-in or the whereabouts of the stolen clothing is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or online at www.crimestopperssa.com.au
