Suspicious Fire Elizabeth North

Police are investigating a suspicious house fire at Elizabeth North early this morning

Just after 3am on Friday 5 June, emergency services responded to reports of a house on fire on Womma Road, Elizabeth North.

The home was fully engulfed when police arrived but was quickly brought under control by attending fire crews. Thankfully, there were no reports of injuries however significant damage was caused to the property.

Police Fire Cause Investigators attended to examine the scene, and the fire is being treated as suspicious.

A dog was located by MFS with possible smoke inhalation and was taken to a vet for a check-up.
