The 2019 grand final will offer spectators a full schedule of family-friendly fun and entertainment. This includes fireworks and a performance by US pop-rock band OneRepublic.
This year will be the first time the women’s and men’s grand finals will be played back-to-back on the same day.
Minister for Jobs, Investment, Tourism and Western Sydney Stuart Ayres said Sydney would welcome NRL enthusiasts from around the country next month.
“The grand final is certainly the holy grail for the country’s rugby league fans,” Mr Ayres said.
Over the past five years, more than 400,000 people have attended the NRL grand final at ANZ Stadium. This has generated over $108 million in tourism-related expenditure for NSW.
