Tai chi for Bayside Seniors

As part of the 2019 Bayside Seniors Festival, you can try Qigong or Tai Chi for free at the Celestial Tai Chi College in Brighton. Although we are halfway through October, there are still many great community activities to get involved in, including gardening, croquet, dumpling making and Russian music and dance.

Pick up a Seniors Festival program at Bayside City Council’s Corporate Centre, libraries or senior citizen’s centres .

Qigong

Free introductory sessions for Qigong (ChiKung). Qigong is the movement of (Qi or Chi) by combining movement, breathing and meditation for relaxation and slowness.
