A teenage boy has been charged after a number of alleged stealing offences across Sydney’s lower north shore.
Between May and June 2026, police received reports of multiple break and enters, assaults and theft at several businesses in Neutral Bay and Crow’s Nest.
Officers from North Shore Police Area Command commenced an investigation into the incidents.
About 10.20am today (Wednesday 22 July 2026) officers attended a home in Dee Why.
A 15-year-old boy was arrested and taken to Manly Police Station where he was charged with:
- Remain in building/land with intent commit indictable offence
- Stealing
- Assault retail worker but no actual bodily harm caused
- Aggravated break and enter commit serious indictable offence – in company – steal greater than $60K (two counts)
- Robbery in company
He was refused bail to appear before a Children’s Court today (Wednesday 22 July 2026).
