Wentworth Shire Council wishes to advise residents of Dareton and Coomealla that the Dareton Library will be closed on Wednesday 7 May 2025 to allow for the installation of new carpet.
The Library will reopen and operate as normal from Friday 9 May 2025, with opening hours from 10.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 5.30pm.
Residents are welcome to visit alternative libraries across the Shire on Wednesday 7 May, including:
- Wentworth Library – open 8.30am to 5.00pm
- Midway Library – open 8.30am to 12.00pm and 1.00pm to 5.00pm
