Notice is given of an application made under the Local Government Act 2009 for temporary road closure of dedicated road adjoining lot 20 on BUP71223, Williams Esplanade, Palm Cove shown edged in red on the attached sketch.
Should this application be approved, the road area will no longer be available for public use and a road permit will issue to the applicant to allow exclusive use of such road area.
