Three men have been charged with criminal code assault in relation to an incident in Latrobe last night.
Police will allege that about 10.30pm, three men assaulted a man outside a public bar on Gilbert Street at Latrobe.
The victim, a 42-year-old man from Spreyton, was transported to the Royal Hobart Hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
A 27-year-old, 29-year-old, and 34-year-old man, all from Latrobe were each charged with criminal code assault and will appear in court at a later date.
The victim and one of the charged men are known to each-other.
