Three teens in custody after minibus crashes into cars, NSW

Police have arrested three youths after a minibus crashed into parked cars at Castle Hill this morning.

Officers from The Hills Police Area Command and Fire and Rescue NSW were called to Applecross Avenue shortly after 1am (Monday 25 November 2019), after the bus hit up to seven cars parked on the street.

Police have been told several people were seen running ran from the crash site towards Gilbert Road.

Three youths, all aged 15, have now been arrested and are at Castle Hill Police Station.

It’s believed the minibus is owned by a local private school and has been reported stolen.

A crime scene has been established and inquiries are underway.
