Three youths arrested after Doncaster home invasion

Detectives from the Manningham Crime Investigation Unit have today arrested three youths and charged them in relation to an aggravated home invasion that occurred in Doncaster on 21 June this year.

Following two early morning search warrants at residential addresses in Blackburn South and Warrandyte North, police arrested a 20-year-old Blackburn South man, a 17-year-old Warrandyte North boy, and a 17-year-old Ringwood boy.

The 17-year-old Warrandyte North boy has been charged with home invasion, intentionally cause injury, recklessly cause injury, assault in company, theft of motor vehicle, theft, handle stolen goods and deal with property suspected to be proceeds of crime.

The 17-year-old Ringwood boy has been charged with handle stolen good.

Both has been bailed to appear before a childrens’ court at a later date.

The 20-year-old Blackburn South man has been charged with handle stolen goods and possession of cannabis.

He has been bailed to appear before the Ringwood Magistrates’ Court on 24 November.
