Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Tipeni Isaako.
The 24-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to an affray.
Isaako is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance.
He is known to frequent the Sunshine, St Albans and Footscray areas.
Investigators have released an image of Isaako in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
