A part of the Vehicle Development Center and a part of the Connected Company will be consolidated, and a new Software Development Center will be established.

The structure described below is to replace TMC’s structure of dispersed functions and is intended to enable integrated promotion of software-related businesses and software development and strengthen cooperation among the three companies concerned.
