Organizational changes effective October 1, 2023
A part of the Vehicle Development Center and a part of the Connected Company will be consolidated, and a new Software Development Center will be established.

Changes in responsibilities of executives and senior professional/senior management employees and executives (senior general manager level and above) as a result of the above organizational changes effective October 1, 2023
The structure described below is to replace TMC’s structure of dispersed functions and is intended to enable integrated promotion of software-related businesses and software development and strengthen cooperation among the three companies concerned.
