Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) crews are on scene at a vegetation fire burning at the end of Northey Road, between the Barron River and Spring Creek, at Tolga. Firefighters are working to contain the blaze. Smoke is affecting the surrounding area. Residents should close windows and doors, and keep respiratory medications close by if required.
