Carinity is honoured to have been recognised as one of the best performers in the Health Services category of online comparison website ProductReview’s annual awards.
ProductReview is an independent review site where customers can share their honest feedback about Carinity’s services based on their real-life experiences.
It’s a valuable resource that enables families to hear from residents and their families about what life in a Carinity aged care community is like.
“Feedback is incredibly important to us at Carinity, so we are grateful to all the families whose reviews have combined to deliver us a 4.7 stars out of 5 rating,” said Executive Manager of Carinity Residential Aged Care, Kane Singh.

- “I’m impressed with the caring vibe at Kepnock Grove. From the lovely presentation of the gardens, the tidy and well-presented cottages, the warm homely feeling of the general meeting area to the caring and positive attention shown by staff. All this has made the move for mum a much gentler and more positive experience” – Lyn.
- “From the moment my mum walked in she was warmly welcomed. My children and I visit her weekly and she is always happy and says she’s everyone’s favourite because they look after her so well. Friends and relatives who visit are impressed with the cleanliness and the friendly staff” – Kathleen.
Kane said the ProductReview award is a recognition of the incredible commitment and care shown by the teams in all Carinity aged care communities.
“At Carinity, we’re always working to deliver the best care possible, and that will only continue throughout 2024,” Kane said.
As well as recording an average 4.7-star rating for residential aged care, Carinity has scored 5-star reviews of its home care and community services.
