Trade business advice on offer at Logan Central Library

Information on skills training, licencing, long-service leave and superannuation for tradies will be provided at a special session at the Hive coworking space at Logan Central Library.

A representative from TAFE Queensland’s SkillsTech division and trade industry specialists will provide advice to tradies at the Hive coworking space at Logan Central Library next week.

The session from noon on Thursday, July 18 at Hive Central will offer information on skills training, licencing, long-service leave, superannuation and self-employment.

This session is part of the regular Live at the Hive business talks and toolbox sessions at Hive Central at Logan Central Library and Hive West at Logan West Library at Browns Plains.

The Hive co-working spaces are designed for small business owners, independent professionals and people starting out in business.

To become a member of the Hive, people can visit any Logan City Council library to register as a business member.

The Hive operates at Logan Central and Logan West libraries between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.
