More than 1,000 of Boroondara’s beautiful trees are registered as significant and receive extra protection under our local laws. We’ve created an easy way to familiarise yourself with significant trees in your area, so you know which trees must be protected and may need a permit before works, pruning or removals.
We know it’s important to you that we help to protect our heritage places for current and future generations to appreciate. Our new interactive virtual map helps you access our heritage work online and brings information together in a fun and easy-to-use format.
