Twenty-fifth person charged amid Strike Force Radius at Tamworth, NSW

A woman has been charged as investigations into the supply of prohibited drugs in the state’s New England region continue.

In August 2018, detectives from Oxley Police District established Strike Force Radius, with assistance from the Target Action Group and Crime Management Unit, to investigate the supply of illicit drugs and firearms in Tamworth.

To date, 25 people have been charged relating to Strike Force Radius.

Following inquiries, detectives with the assistance of Gosford General Duties arrested a 34-year-old woman at a Peckham Close address at Kincumber, about 1.15pm Wednesday (4 September 2019).

She was taken to Gosford Police Station and charged with supply indictable quantity of prohibited drug (Fentanyl).

The woman was granted conditional bail to appear before Gosford Local Court Thursday 26 September 2019.
