An investigation is underway after the death of two drivers in a crash on the state’s South Coast today.
About 1.30pm (Sunday 21 June 2026), emergency services were called to the Kings Highway near Old Bolaro Road, Nelligen (approximately 15km north west of Batemans Bay), after reports of a crash.
Officers attached to South Coast Police District arrived to find two vehicles had collided.
Both drivers died at the scene and are yet to be formerly identified.
A crime scene has been established and an investigation into the incident is underway by police.
The Kings Highway is currently closed in both directions. Drivers are advised to check livetraffic.com for updates.
