Motorists are advised to avoid the M1 Pacific Motorway at Wahroonga due to a crash involving a truck and pedestrian.
Two of three northbound lanes of the motorway are closed just past Edgeworth David Avenue.
One northbound lane of the motorway remains open but traffic is heavy so motorists who need to travel north are advised to allow plenty of extra travel time and consider using the Pacific Highway instead.
Emergency services and traffic crews are on site.
