Mirrabooka Detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding a man being located unconscious in Scarborough around 12.50am this morning, 8 February 2019.
The man in his 30s was located collapsed in the carpark of the Indian Ocean Hotel on Hastings Street.
The man was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital where he is in a serious condition.
Detectives would like to speak to anyone who was in the area between midnight and 12.50am who may have seen the man, or anyone who has dash-cam vision of the area around the hotel.
