Universities Australia has appointed Peter Lloyd as the new Director, Strategic Communications.
Peter is a longstanding and distinguished journalist, having served as the South Asia Bureau Chief for the ABC, as well as senior reporter for a number of flagship ABC news and current affairs programs.
Most recently he was Strategic Communications Adviser to the Timor-led G7+.
Peter’s experience will be an asset to the sector as we deal with one of the most difficult periods in our history.
Peter will commence with UA on Monday, 6 April 2020.
