The Northern Territory Police Force can confirm the 22-year-old victim involved in a suspicious crash on Sunday morning in Alice Springs has died.
The victim passed away on Friday in hospital in Adelaide after being medically evacuated there on Monday.
The 22-year-old offender appeared in court on Tuesday 20 October, and has been further remanded to appear on 3 December 2026.
Investigations are ongoing and charges are expected to be upgraded.
