UPDATE: Please be advised the local fire ban currently declared in the Gladstone Regional Council and Banana Shire Council areas is cancelled from 11.59pm tonight (Friday, 18 October).
The local fire ban remains in place for residents in the Central Highlands, Woorabinda, Livingstone and Rockhampton Local Government areas until 2359 hours Friday, 25 October.
