Northern Territory Police have issued a Notice to Appear (NTA) to a 62-year-old woman in relation to a fatal crash that occurred near Papunya last month.
The woman was issued the NTA for:
- 1 x count Careless driving causing death.
- 1 x count Drive motor vehicle unregistered and uninsured.
- 4 x counts Drive motor vehicle passenger unrestrained.
She will appear in Alice Springs Local Court on 16 October 2024.
