Vaccine Rollout Picks Up Pace As New Coolalinga Clinic Opens

The Territory Labor Government has today opened a fourth Top End COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic to further boost the vaccine rollout across the Territory.

This facility will be located at Coolalinga Central and complement existing facilities at Marrara, Tracy Village and Palmerston.

Over the next three weeks the Coolalinga COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic will have capacity to administer 600 vaccinations per week.

After the initial three week period the clinic will be able to provide 1200 vaccinations per week.

Territorians can also book their appointment at a participating GP clinic, respiratory clinic, Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation or community pharmacy.

The Pfizer vaccine is now available to all Territorians aged 12 and over at NT Health clinics.

Moderna is also available to all Territorians aged 12 and over at community pharmacies.

More than 75% of Territorians have now received their first dose and more than 60% of Territorians are fully vaccinated.
