Our new office is still available for walk-in visits within opening hours, however, we encourage the use of our online services. The VBA office customer service opening hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
To visit our new office, please first check in at the concierge desk in the foyer of 242 Exhibition Street. Please note, you will need to provide photo ID and a mobile number to be granted an access card to visit the VBA’s reception on Level 19.
