Council staff will be available to discuss options for managing financial hardship and to provide clear, helpful guidance on understanding your rates notice.

  • Tuesday 21 May: Wallan Customer and Library Service Centre
  • Wednesday 22 May: Kilmore Customer and Library Service Centre
  • Thursday 23 May: Seymour Customer and Library Service Centre
  • Friday 24 May: Broadford Customer and Library Service Centre

Each session will take place from 9am to noon. No appointment is necessary. Council staff will help you find the best approach to managing your rates and ensuring you have all the information you need.
