Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Branko Despot.
The 29-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to theft related offences.
Despot is described as about 182cm tall with a solid build, moustache and brown receding hair.
He is known to frequent the East Gippsland, Latrobe Valley and Southern NSW areas.
Investigators have released an image of Despot in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
