Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Corey Comport.
The 22-year-old is wanted on warrant for burglary-related matters.
Comport is described as 175cm tall with a slim build and blond hair.
He is known to frequent the Sunbury, Melton and Echuca areas.
Investigators have released an image of Comport in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
