Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate James Misso.
The 37-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to deception offences.
Misso is described as 170cm tall with a solid build and brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Richmond, Southbank, Docklands, South Melbourne and St Kilda areas.
Investigators have released an image of Misso in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
