Police are appealing for public assistance to locate Martin Klaver.
The 44-year-old is wanted on warrant for breach of bail.
Klaver is known to frequent the Shepparton, Kyabram, Seymour and Nagambie areas.
He is described as about 176cm tall with a large build, fair skin and strawberry-blond hair.
Investigators have released an image of Klaver in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
