Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Michael Hood.
The 27-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to breaching a court order.
Hood is described as about 172cm tall with a medium build and black mullet style hair.
He is known to frequent the Phillip Island and Bass Coast areas.
Investigators have released an image of Hood in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
