Police are appealing for public assistance to locate Minh Duong.
Warrants have been issued for the 38-year-old in relation to failing to appear on bail for driving offences and drugs offences.
Duong is known to frequent Maidstone and St Albans areas.
Investigators have released an image of Duong in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
